Denise is a Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in addiction treatment across multiple levels of care. She has served patients in methadone maintenance programs, inpatient detoxification, outpatient substance use treatment, and Office-Based Opioid Treatment settings, while also supervising addiction treatment services and directing detox programs in the Boston area. That breadth of experience allows her to care for patients with both clinical depth and practical understanding.

Throughout her career, Denise has seen how often people feel rushed, overlooked, or reduced to a diagnosis. Precision Integrative Health was created in response to that reality. Her practice is built on the idea that strong care begins with trust, and that trust grows when people feel listened to, spoken to clearly, and supported without judgment.

In addition to her addiction treatment background, Denise is a Certified Longevity Coach through the Longevity Institute and has a strong passion for women’s health. She works with women who want better energy, healthier routines, and a more proactive approach to aging well, helping them turn evidence-based ideas into sustainable habits that fit real life.
